Booooooty! Curved, tight, small, big, bubbled, flat… hey, everybody has a vision of how a perfect bum should look. And let’s be honest! How many times have you caught yourself checking out somebody’s nice bottom?
If you like to sweat in the gym, chance is on your side and you’ve probably taken care of your behinds. We are sure that your booty is as attractive to the others as your front. We are aware that a true fitness babe doesn’t need another lecture regarding what, when and how to exercise. And this post is nothing like that.
Honey, we are here to have fun. We tried to figure out how to achieve the perfect booty in an unconventional way. Here’s what we have figured out:
Make your own wine!
Nowadays grapes are crushed with boring machinery. But can you imagine how fun it used to be in the old times? You and your girlfriends just put on some old bikini and jump into the tube with grapes. After just 10 minutes besides pain in the muscles of your tummy from too much laughter, you will start feeling the effect of the exercise in your booty. C’mon girl, just crush it!
Feel the rhythm!
Fair enough. This might not be the most unconventional way to tighten your bum but it is suuuper fun. Besides, after you have prepared a whole barrel of wine, it is time to taste the results and enjoy. Dancing you will burn a whole lot of calories and… you will definitely get a perfect booty – yours or somebody else’s.
Who said that only kids may jump on the bed? If after the club you still have some energy left in that gorgeous body of goddess you can play a bit with… the other booty from the previous point. And of course you tighten your own. If you don’t feel like jumping, we are sure that you can think of some other cool exercises.
The walk of shame!
Oh, the glorious “walk of shame”! That early morning “peaceful” walk back home usually wearing still (or again) the clothes from last night. Even though it often means blushed face, it is probably also the after effect of a great party. One advise: go home walking. Thus you wouldn’t need to see the judgmental look of the taxi driver or his “funny” remarks. At the same time you are training.
You have never thought that a night out can be so beneficial for your figure? It’s true that it is not recommended to practice this training routine too often but once in a while it is perfectly OK. After all a cup of coffee in the morning and a refreshing caffein scrub is all it takes to feel as brand new.
